Make Stuff Monday: Christmas gift boxes!

Well well well. What do we have here? Christmas projects in July? Apparently so. *winks*

Yes friends. This girl is totally determined to get ahead of the game this year....and of course, the box pile was becoming quite the fire hazard. *LOL*

Plus I really wanted to incorporate this T2 tea box into my designs.

*Apologies for the photos: shiny surfaces are soooooo hard to photograph... I had to amp up the contrast so that you can actually see the details.*

Yeah...I might have gone overboard with the shiny pattern on pattern. *hahaha*

And of course, there must be at least 1 box draped in pearls right? *hehehe*

I went with a mix of patterned papers, stickers and chipboard.

I even took out a border punch for this one!

Happy week ahead friends! :)

Oh yes, get a head start on Christmas boxes. You are so right to get decorating now. I love what you did and how you repurposed the tea box. I need to clear out my box stash too.

I would have been disappointed if there wasn't pearls! LOL!! I love love love love these!! They are gorgeous! And you know there's a thing over here in the US that is 'Christmas in July' right?? LOL!! Of course it is just the way retailers use to get us to spend money in the hot summer months, but it is a thing! LOL!!

Beautiful but...too soon, too soon! LOL And yes, like Julie mentioned, it's actually "Christmas in July" right now! My husband's 2nd favorite holiday...the first being actual Christmas! (Bah-Humbug!)

These are beautiful! It makes perfect sense to get a jump on holiday prep, in whatever way you can. It'll make things so much easier when Christmas rolls around.
