1. Use up a full sheet of 12x12 patterned paper
2. Use up little bits and bobs from the scrap pile
3. Fill up with little goodies like snacks or stationery
4. Send happy mail because they are relatively light (if you don't go overboard with the embellishments that is...*winks*).
I've kept the folder part simple so that I can fill it up with pretty stuff. :)
