Why my sister and I have pink wallets...

So back in March, my brother went on a business trip to the US and came back bearing gifts for my sister and me. Now, he's not a gift-giving person so the fact that we got anything was already a bonus...*LOL*

My sister opened her Coach box first and shrieked, "Pink wallet?" [she is so not a girly girl...haha!]  to which my brother replied, "You can exchange with Yvonne if you prefer hers..."

When my sister saw that my wallet was an even louder shade of pink, we both broke out laughing hysterically. Our brother really does not know us at all. [I like classic and timeless pieces when it comes to fashion. :)]

That is a precious story. I love how you incorporated the priceless photo into a memory-keeping layout. You have reminded me to take more photos of the humorous once-in-a-lifetime moments AND to put them on display to make me smile more often.

Hehe, your story made me giggle. What a sweet brother! Reminds me of my own! :) And what a gorgeous way to preserve these sweet memories. I don't know if it's just me, but your BG looks like a wallet itself! Great LO!

Haha, well at least the thought counts, right? ;) And what a gorgeous canvas! I LOVE the burlap background with the lace at top, and the title work on this is absolutely stunning! I really love the little bow you made from the pearl string under that beautiful blossom, too. This is gorgeous!

What a funny story! So annoying!! Really when you go and spend all that money it would be nice to get something you would always enjoy rather than something that constantly reminds you that he doesn't know what you like!! Anyway you made a funny story out of it & hopefully your creation will give you regular chuckles!!
