My pal Amy Tsuruta's ex mother-in-law is officially a centenarian! She's hoping to collect 100 cards from friends all over the world to celebrate Melva's 100th birthday. Of course I had to join in the fun and send her a card. I was told she likes blue and purple. :)
Well friends, you saw how many My Melody knick knacks I bought from Seoul...so you should anticipate that I will have loads of packaging to use on projects! *winks* Like on this cute card!

Haven't made a card in a while and really needed one to add to a birthday gift box for my cousin. Instead of starting from scratch, I decided to challenge myself to rework on a gifted card to make it more my style....you know, with the bits and bobs from my scrap pile.*winks*

P/s: I had projects to post last week but mum had a fall in the bathroom and had to be hospitalised. She's okay now. She hurt the back of her head with a deep cut..brain CT scan and blood tests were all clear. She was dizzy because of the flu and fell. Please check on your old folks.

Well friends, really missed making quick cards and sending them out. Let's change that and work on some cards this year! (Actually I made 7 over the weekend...hehehe...but I'll share them in the coming weeks...)
As always, I just love to draw random stuff together on my creations. I really wanted to use the birdie cutout and also the coffee cup...and so I did! *LOL*
Haven't made a card in a while. Found a blue card base and decided to just dive into my stash and see where inspiration takes me...
So it took a vintage turn because I really wanted to use this vintage-postcard acetate thing that I've had in my stash for the longest time. I adhered it to a fussy-cut swirly notecard. Added some texture with twine, wax seal and bling. I finished with gold mist all over for a lovely shimmer.
