The upside about cooking so many meals in a week is that you find more efficient ways to get things done without compromising on the output. *winks*
Like yesterday's dinner. The chicken drumlets went into the air fryer. The veggies went into the oven. The only dish I cooked in a pan over fire was the cheese-filled pork cutlet. I cooked rice for the day at lunch so I just had to re-heat the rice.
I actually took photos of last night's dinner before the Yams started eating. And decided that the food needed to be in the family scrapbook album. *LOL*
A real mish mash of scrap bits including the cute pig....
In case you were wondering, the Yams are pretty spoiled. Most families who cook at home just cook more at lunch and then reheat the leftovers at dinner. The Yams have freshly-cooked food for both meals. If there are leftovers (hardly), they would be "reimagined" and incorporated into a new dish (my way of exercising creativity). :)
Happy weekend friends!

That's interesting that most families cook lunch and reheat at dinner. Many people here cook dinner and reheat that for lunch.
