So the other day we went to McDonald's for breakfast and mum tried Big Breakfast for the first time.
When it came, she was most disappointed. She said it looked pathetic and unappetising. Plus it came cold because they didn't heat it up! *horror*
Here she is looking much happier after they came back with a slightly better version. *LOL*
Is the Big Breakfast in your region much more appetising than in Singapore? It's $7plus for the meal. Such a rip-off in my opinion for what you get. *LOL*
Playing with The Studio Challenges gold challenge. The patterned paper has gold-embossed details. I also added gold washi tape and gold brads.

I haven't been to McDonalds in at least 20 years, so I have no idea what prices are like. I used to love their fries, but not enough to eat their burgers instead of ones that are actually tasty! I've never heard of Big Breakfast, but I'm not motivated to try it after seeing your mom's. "Pathetic" and "unappetizing" is right! And cold?! *shudder*

Love the entire layout with the golds, browns and blues. Your mom's face says it all. The McDonald's big breakfast meals in Hawaii are pretty good 'ono' because they have spam AND Portuguese sausage with rice.
Beautiful layout (love that BG paper and the matching embellishments!!)and that first photo is so funny! I used to love the Big Breakfast back in the day, but I guess back then they were actually "big"! Glad it all turned out okay in the end!

I haven't been to McDonald's in forever, so I'm not familiar with the big breakfast.... but it doesn't look like much, does it? At least you all had a fun experience and got a super cute layout from it. I am digging that brown patterned paper and all those fussy cut images. The pair of owls perching on the photo make me smile!
