When the stamps got a workout....

Movie-night

My background stamps are getting a workout these days after having been in cold storage for a while. Along with some lovin' for my ink pads :)

Buying stamps and ink pads used to be a vice of mine...*LOL* Plus, well-meaning friends always send me stamp sets...I think it's a sign from the universe that I need to take them out to play more often! *winks*

What about you? What do you collect but not use very often? Share!!!

Yvonne, even though I keep on saying 'I want to work with basic supplies..... am just a hobby crafter.....don't want to buy expensive crafty stuff.....I feel guilty collecting arty stuff'..... but I have realized that I have accumulated quite a lot esp colors and paper( handmade kind)but I do TRY at least to resist temptation ( hehe)!!

Well I used to get lots of stamps but not so much now.. now I love the dies for my big shot, and I know I get only the ones I know I will use.. I do know I need to go through my drawers of stamps and get them out more too.. they make great details on the back grounds.. like your layout.. looks wonderful!!

Great layout! I love the misted stars and the background stamps. You do such a great job layering everything. I would have to say that I collect lots of different kinds of embellishments but most sit for a very long time before I get around to using them. I use to collect stickers but I quit buying them quite a while ago as I don't use stickers anymore.

What a fabulous Lo Yvonne ..loved the way you have done the BG stamping here ..I guess the item that I hoard the most is pattern paper ..I love buying them but when it comes to using it ..I feel so clue less so mostly I hoard them :)..But buying and using various dies ..Now that is a different matter :)

Stamping is my favorite thing to use, I have a big drawer full of them, I use them but it is one here and there , I would love to have the confidence to use them this way... awesome layout!!! hugs

I think it would be stamps for me too. I don't buy them, but they find me and I hardly ever use them.

I loved the stamped bg Yvonne ,the misted stars, toilet roll circles and the grid make it fantastic !You have used so many embellies here and made it even perfect ,loved the grouping of three photos too ! What do I collect ?? nothing..I am so stingy..so I get only what I need most, that too after so much of speculation :D!! I do have some pp received as RAK but never got to using them..find it difficult !

LOVE that your stamps are making a reappearance! For me I bought tons of washi - why I don't know as I don't use it on my pages. Have thought of how to use it now though so look out for it - it may start appearing!!
