Early dinner at Darling Harbour - pages from the travel planner

So I'm living vicariously through my travel food photos at the moment. You know, back when the world was functioning as per normal  and we could all dine out? Seemed like aeons ago...eh? *dramatic sad music plays in the background*

But that time will come again. *Hopeful music plays in the background*
What would your first dine-out meal be when this blows over?

A slab of barbecued ribs with fries?

Fried succulent calamari?

Tell me, what are you looking forward to eating? Let's go big on this shall we? *winks*

Crispy skin barramundi?

Octopus cooked in any style?
Yes, lots of seafood choices when having dinner at Darling Harbour in Sydney. *LOL*

Enjoy your Wednesday friends! Meanwhile, I'm off to get a snack...these food pics are making me hungry!;)

More pages from the travel planner - Sydney 2019

Hello friends! Just sharing more pages from the travel planner - Sydney 2019. :)

We had so much to talk about and had to do another round of sweet treats and pots of tea. It's amazing how we "met" through our blogs and have become great friends over the past few years. :)

And here I was...all freshened up after the tea, all ready to head out for an early dinner. It was a last-minute trip and I had to fly to another city (red-eye flight) before taking a connecting flight so I think I cleaned up pretty well for someone who had like 2 hours of sleep (red lipstick and glitter on the eyes really help one look more human...hehehe). It was tempting to just go to bed for sure but I stayed awake as long as possible to adjust to the 3 hour time difference.

Really simple pages but I'm happy that I got to use up more paper scraps.

Hope you are keeping yourself mentally strong and physically safe wherever in the world you are my friends!

Wednesday

This week's pages from the travel planner- Sydney 2019.

With the global COVID-19 pandemic curtailing non-essential travel for the time being (9 weeks and counting), your wanderlust friend here is taking solace in scrapbooking her backlog of travel photos from the past few years. 2020 may well be a year of creative completion of projects that should have been done ages ago. *LOL*

Anyway, in last week's post, you saw that my Aussie pal Lizzy got a pressie from me. Here she is photographed with her box of word diecuts! Yes, it was hours of hard work cranking those out with my trusty Cuttlebug machine...but I had help from my intern (aka niece) of course. *winks*

Lunch was in a lovely courtyard..so I got to create my "scene" with butterflies and clouds. You know I love being extra. *hehehe*

And of course, with Round 1 being so yummy, we went for Round 2. Total necessity.;) *high fives all around*

Here is a closeup view of the food. Clearly we have to head back to try the rest of the yummy desserts. Hopefully soon. *Cautiously optimistic music plays in the background*

P/s: Now that we are spending more time at home, what are the projects you are hoping to complete?
