The letter K

Karen

Today's post is brought to you by the letter K...:) Just want to dedicate this post to my scrappy pal Karen Loh...I am thankful that I have a friend who always lets me borrow her stamps, punches and dies....a visit to her scraproom is better than a LSS because you don't need a credit card! *LOL*

The decorated letter K was inspired by the Color Challenge at E.A.D.designs.

I painted the wooden letter block with white paint. Then misted with some orange Maya mist. And added some lovely Gauche Alcehmy punchinella

I also used these E.A.D designs stickerz...:)

Celebrate the season

Celebrate the season

How lucky can a girl get? I was invited to guest design over at E.A.D Designs this month! Yay! :) There's a cool blog hop every Monday. Today's theme is Christmas and Holiday Gifts. Wanna come celebrate the season with us? Start HERE! :) It officially starts at 10am EST.

My regular readers know how big on upcycling I am ...so my first project using the yummy E.A.D. designs stickerz features an upcycled box! :)  The fussy cut patterned paper is from Basic Grey. I used glimmer mist for a subtle sheen all over. A little handstiching on the leaves. Stickles for some sparkle.  Some handmade felt flowers. All the bold red embellishments are from Gauche Alchemy's Scarlet Fever Red Mixed Media Color Kit.

Here's the original box....which stored the very sinful sun biscuits from Taiwan....I love the bright red retro design on the box so I just covered up the strategic parts *LOL*.

Love the clear stickerz from E.A.D Designs....I stuck them on some white cardstock.
