"Study and you get cookies." I said to nephew #1 during the year-end school examinations. The kid wants to be a doctor so he has to maintain a high GPA.
Then I put freshly baked cookies on a cooling rack in front of him, with a fan blowing towards him so that he gets to smell his incentive. Now, that's how to motivate a kid. *LOL*
Since the kid really loves cookies, he was happy to "work" for them.*winks*
Which kind of explains the title work...*hahaha*

I love this! Who wouldn't be motivated by cookies?!
You are a fabulous aunt to motivate with cookies. I wish I had done so with my kids...I used money. It worked but as they got older it got expensive. Love the layout. Your nephew is a kid after my heart. I would and still can be motivated by cookies. LOL!
Oh this is gorgeous Yvonne! You're a cruel aunt though - lol! It's great to see you playing along with us at More Than Words again :)
Oh yes, that would work for me also; cookies are my favorite dessert!
Love that embossed writing-themed BG paper and the column of "xoxoxo"! Good luck to your nephew on achieving his goals...but w/ an Aunt like you around to motivate him... he won't need luck ::wink::!
