The wonders of handholding! :)

Holding your hand

I confess. I'm not the handholding type.
It could be because I have not-so-fond memories of would-be suitors trying to hold my hand for the first time...sweaty, clammy hands..eeek.. [it's very humid in Singapore *LOL*].
Then the nephews came along. And I discovered the wonders of handholding. :) Especially with the littlest nephew, J. He takes handholding very seriously. *LOL* He holds his milk bottle with one hand and holds my hand in the other. Interlocking fingers. He grasps my hand very tightly as we take the 10 minute walk to the playground [pictured]. I think I might have a fave nephew. *winks*

Misted chipboard frame, burlap, twine.

A little chipboard, twine  and googly eye action. :)

Supplies: (from Your Scrapbook Stash) Sassafras papers and stickers. Others, Heidi Swapp alphas, Cosmo Cricket letter stickers, Fancy Pants chipboard, Maya mist, twine, burlap.

P/s: Don't forget to play along with my guest Lynnda's minimal challenge! :)

*Edited* This layout made July's Top Entries at the Sassafras blog! :)

Oh gosh, this is such a wonderful memory to scrapbook. LOVE IT! My sons are just the sweetest when it comes to hand holding...they search out a hand without even being told. I need to take a pic of our hands interlocked before they are too old :>)
