I wanna see the world

Supplies: Patterned paper: October Afternoon, Sassafras, Teresa Collins & Collage Press, Chipboard: American Crafts, Stickers: EK Success, Metal embellishment: Tim Holtz, Brad: Basic Grey, Others: Red corrugated cardboard, thread, car brad & white pen.

I suffer from a serious case of wanderlust...I wanna see the world! Do you? I love to travel and I'm fortunate to have been to many places...:) This week's challenge at Scrapping Out Loud is to scrap about one of your dreams and mine is to travel the world of course...it would be so cool to be a travel journalist...:) My layout features me at age 12..somewhere in Malaysia during the school holidays...back when I still wore skimpy shorts out..argh! Except for the base paper, everything else is from scraps...I love to cut patterned paper while watching tv and organizing them in ziplog bags...then when I need them, they are already cut and ready to use! :) I always say I scrap a layout in under an hour...because the tedious part is already done!

Come play along!

very cute! :)

i am always itching to be out on the road...not to say that i want to go anywhere too extravagant, but nothing is more fun than just traveling along and dealing with stuff as it comes your way. i have roadtriped across the US from NY (no hotels either) and it was the best! And now I'm totally itching to backpack through Europe!

Hello darling,
I am back and have missed you terribly!! I have a post on my blog that explains my lengthy absence but enough of that, I just wanted to stop by personally to thank you for the sweet birthday wish you left Cristina and to let you know that your kindness meant the world to us both. I am now off to read the posts that I have missed and to look around your gorgeous blog.
Love & Hugs
Duchess ♥♥♥
