I use very little supplies on my projects. I always cut the backs of papers out when I mat. If possible, I use a marker/pen/paint to create the illusion of depth (to reduce need for actual matting).

This card has a lot of depth to it, love it!
I definitely recycle, going through a lot of baby food jars helps with that. lol
great card for the MFW challenge...I'm your basic lazy card maker so unless I'm doing a sketch challenge, my cards tend to be pretty simple...all my co-workers/friends/family recycle their tins to me...LOL...I have quite the collection...gotta get crackin' and alter them :)
