Life has been busy of late and this is the only eye drawing I got in this week. *sad music plays in the background*

Thursday's trolley of blooms

 

Earlier this week, I went to Far East Flora - a local wholesaler of fresh blooms - and got this lovely bunch of mini roses...soooooo pretty!

Which were placed in 7 different vessels so that I could enjoy my blooms everywhere at home....meet my trolley of blooms! :)

Thursday's desk - this week's mixed media bird

 

Had fun with this mixed media bird. :) I started by sketching the bird with coloured pencils, went in with watercolours and then finished the details with coloured pencils. I quite like the looseness with the watercolours and the depth created with the coloured pencils. What do you think?

Thursday's desk- scored some new dies!:)

 

Was just at the Kaisercraft outlet store today and decided to treat myself to some new dies. I was prepared to spend $30 on 3 dies but the cashier told me that they were 1/2 off  at $5 each so I picked up 3 more! *winks*

P/s: Catch them in action on a future project!
