I had these 2 pieces of Blue Fern Studios patterned paper scraps in my stash that were perfect together to form a "whole"...but I had to somewhat "hide" the tear lines. What did I do?
I added some ribbon between the two papers and clustered the embellishments on one side of the card to distract the eye. Would you be able to tell if I didn't tell you? *winks*
The Maya Road chipboard was coated with gesso and coloured with Silks acrylic glazes and finished with a sprinkling of mica flakes.
Happy weekend my friends! :)

So pretty! No one would ever know it was two papers.
There's no way one would ever know, if you didn't tell us, Yvonne! You are such a master.... at layers, at disguises, at fixes, at clustering of the MOST unique embellishments. This is SO beautiful! I love all the soft girly touches and papers here, and the mix of flowers and trims is just amazing. Love what you did with the chipboard. The little metal wing totally caught my eye, too!
