You know how when you are searching for that "elusive" thing, looking high and low and not finding it *Grrrr*, you inadvertently end up finding a long forgotten item? Well, this box was it. It was painted and even had patterned paper glued to it. All I had to do was....
Add some embellishments with my hot glue gun and colour the resin bird with a silver Sharpie and I was done! :)
Love my quick mixed media box! :)
P/s: I still haven't found what I was looking for though....Shiny Object Syndrome. *winks*

Haha, I totally love that story.... cause that sounds like me. I can NEVER remember where I put something, and it drives me crazy all the time! Totally LOVE your adorable box! The silver is so pretty. LOVE that beaded trim around the lid, and the flower cluster is fabulous. The bird looks amazing, too. Can't believe the finish you can get from a Sharpie!
