Growing up so fast

Patterned paper: Webster's pages (base) & My Little Shoebox (clouds), Journaling tab: K & Co, Chipboard: Lil' Davis, Puffy sticker: American Crafts, Letter stickers: Adorn It,Number stickers: ProvoCraft, Tab: 7 Gypsies, Brads: Basic Grey, Others: Cardboard, Paint, texture paste, tulle, brown pen, 3D dots.

Doesn't this background paper remind you of the scene from The Ugly Truth? I just saw the movie...where Gerard Butler looked pudgy...still cute but I'm sorry, 300 set the bar way up...Speaking of which, Up is the song at Scrapping the Music this week. My layout, Growing up so fast, features my oldest nephew in a series of pictures documenting his growth.I added digital frames around each photo, then matted them on cardboard and added a little tulle (my latest favourite thing :) I added paint (with texture paste) on the clouds (hard to photograph! ) And check out my Basic Grey brad collection...these are all the colours I own!

Come play along! :)

Greetings from Casa Hice in Jacksonville, Florida. I found you via A Fanciful Twist and noticed you have also signed up for her Halloween Event. This is my first time, so I am utterly clueless. Any tips for a newbie?

LOVE your blog, am pleased to make your acquaintance, and am looking forward to getting to know you better.

PS: Please stop by Casa Hice any time and leave your foot prints on my welcome mat. It's always out!
