Mr Bruise Yam

Mr Bruise Yam

Meet Mr Bruise Yam. Aka nephew #2. One week after he was bitten on the cheek, he had a toy thrown at him, hence the bruise. Can't believe my sweet littlest nephew #3, J, could be so "violent" eh? *LOL* It's certainly dangerous to play with siblings these days...

The faux magnifier is a broken "fishing" net toy.... a used envelope as a mat...

Playing along with the challenge at Scrap for help.

Supplies: Crafter's Workshop stencil, Maya mists, SRM stickers, Prima canvas letters, Pink Paislee patterned paper, Jenni Bowlin border stickers, brads, twine, photo turns, black pen, white pen, used envelope, broken "fishing" net toy.

The quiet disposition of a little girl

Playground

After three boisterous nephews, I'm surprised by the quiet disposition of a little girl. :) My niece can sit still playing for hours on her own. When I took littlest nephew J and her to the playground, she sat quietly at the bottom of the slide while J went gallivanting...*LOL*

I really wish this quiet little girl would start walking though...quite a load to carry to and back from the playround...*LOL*. A little misting on the background with a crafter's workshop stencil and bits and pieces from my scrap pile.

Oh yes, I even stamped! :) And that cloud really needed some googly eyes....*winks*

Playing along with several challenges - the button challenge at Scrap for Help, the last challenge at Scrapbookers Anonymous and the sketch at Frosted Designs.

Supplies: Heidi Swapp, My Little Shoebox, October Afternoon and Making Memories patterned papers, Fontwerks stamps, SRM stickers, 7 Gypsies stickers, Mister Huey's mists, Maya mists, Fancy Pants chipboard, Crafter's Worskshop template, Craft Affair chipboard, brads, buttons, ribbon, googly eyes, black pen.
