When you cook as many meals as I do, you need to put some faves on rotation otherwise the process can take its toll on you. I have my tried and true dishes (on rotation but spread out so nobody gets bored with repetition) and I aim to try for 2-3 new dishes a week to add to the menu. When I have more energy, I make more complex dishes. When I don't, I have some great air-fryer or steam oven dishes.
