Flattery works ....*winks* and a mystery box giveaway winner!


Flattery-works...

So I took a photo of my mum's friend and her family when they came over during Chinese New Year. She told my mum that I was a very good photographer because it was the best family photo ever. 


As you know, flattery works on me right? *winks* I had to make her this mixed media canvas with the best family photo ever right? *LOL*


I did some stamping at the edges, then added some stenciling work to "frame" the photo. 


I found these cute felt cherries at the textile centre and just HAD to use them!

Ooh, that is gorgeous, Yvonne! First off, I agree!! Fabulous family photo you took! And I love what you did with it. Such great texture and detail on the background, and those big felt cherries are SO fun. Really love how you peppered them with the additional flowers, leaves and goodies!
