Hard work pays

Hard work pays

Hello there friends!!! Hard work pays....in the form of the weekend! *winks*

This week's sponsor at Get Sketchy is Amber Ink!

I did a little paper piecing with Cosmo Cricket goodness and coloured with Copics, I used my embossing folder and did a little sanding for the background....such a fun technique that was shared by my guest Debbie Standard earlier this week. :) If you try out this technique, be sure to link up in Debbie's embossing and sanding challenge for your chance at a $25 gift certificate to TwoPeas! :)

Have the most amazing weekend my friends!!! :)

The paper piecing looks great! Nice torn effect and the sanded embossed panel adds character to this.. looks kinda like numbers written in chalk on black(blue)board
