All my Christmas 2020 projects featuring Santa!

Okay friends, clearly your gal here did not clearly think things through when she said she wanted to photograph ALL her Christmas 2020 projects featuring Santa in one huge pic. Because it was hard. There were some dimensional stuff, some flat stuff and lots of cards. And even though she eventually got them all set up on the stairs, there was THE problem of her blocking the light source from the back causing a shadow on the projects.

Well, that was a long-winded way of telling you why the shot is at this weird angle. *LOL*

But the projects are done! And it's time to pack them up and send them out! Yay! *high fives all around*

Do you remember these projects? *winks*

Do you have a fave?

Happy weekend friends!:)

Die-cuts on a Christmas card

Diecuts-on-a-Christmas-card

These days I've been really gravitating towards die-cuts on projects because they add texture and interest without bulk.  Which makes them much more postal friendly too...perfect for this year's Christmas cards. :)

This week's paper scraps on a card

This-week's-paper-scraps-on-a-card

Well, the quest to finish up the patterned paper scraps in my multi-slot folder continues in 2018. Let's just say that the pile hasn't exactly dwindled by a lot despite my valiant attempts to use up those paper scraps. *lol*

Here is this week's paper scraps on a card. I'm working on my birthday card stash....flattish cards that are postal-friendly. :)

I even took the Glossy Accents out to play.  *winks*

My gallery of residual-misted cards

It's no secret that I had to waste mists when I use them for projects so I always have some precut watercolour card bases handy to soak up those residual mists. Over the years, whenever I needed to make a quick card, I would run through my stack of residual misted cards and just pick one to "texturize" and make pretty. Here is my gallery of residual-misted cards....

So I finally made some Christmas cards!

So I finally made Christmas cards

Oh yes...so I finally made some Christmas cards! [Yay! Go me! *high fives all around*] Now at least 2 people are getting handmade Christmas cards! :)

It was one of those diecutting days - you know, the few times a year my Cuttlebug gets out of cold storage and has to work overtime for me. *winks*

I broke into my Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Christmas pad...kept things simple and postal friendly. :)

Hope you are having a great week...(I am still trying to recover from the Black Friday sale...I spent $$$ on skincare! Prevention is better than cure when it comes to wrinkles...*LOL*)

Monday

When I went "shopping" in my scrap pile...

When-I-went-shopping-in-my-scrap-pile

So you know I've been trying to reorganize my scrap supplies...well, the process has been slow especially since I tend to get distracted,,, and go "shopping" in my scrap pile. *winks*

But these birds are soooooo cute. Would you not stop to make some cards with these cuties? *LOL*

I am happy that I mixed and matched quite a few pieces of patterned paper...

And I confess...I made 3 more cards with those cute birdies before I went back to my reorganization of scrap supplies. :)

Happy Monday friends!
