This week's quick Christmas card from the scrap pile

Well I had to get a quick Christmas card done sinceI had all my Chistmassy stuff out right? And if that Santa looks a little familiar...it's because I used him on yesterday's Christmas-inspired mini decorated folder project too! You know how I needed to finish fussy-cutting the whole sheet of Santa faces even though I only needed ONE for my project, right?

Suffice to say, expect to see more Santa faces in future projects! *LOL*

Happy Tuesday friends!:)

A quick Christmas card

A-quick-Christmas-card1

Hello friends! This year I'm all about super quick Christmas cards that are postal-friendly. Every year my cards go out to the post office on the 4th of December because that's when postage rates for cards are half-priced! *woohoo!*

Enjoy the rest of your week friends! :)

A Christmas card for the Coffee Lovers Winter Blog Hop

A-Christmas-card-for-the-Coffee-Lovers-Blog-Hop

So, the Christmas presents/cards have been given out/mailed this week. It was not looking so good earlier...*LOL* I even had time to whip out a Christmas card for the Coffee Lovers Winter Blog Hop. :)

This card came together quickly...I went with this Maya Road wood coffee cup as my "focal" point and just pulled together matching patterned papers.

Next I went into my diecut box for the sentiment and added some silver twine and bling for texture.

Happy weekend friends!

Tuesday

So I finally made some Christmas cards!

So I finally made Christmas cards

Oh yes...so I finally made some Christmas cards! [Yay! Go me! *high fives all around*] Now at least 2 people are getting handmade Christmas cards! :)

It was one of those diecutting days - you know, the few times a year my Cuttlebug gets out of cold storage and has to work overtime for me. *winks*

I broke into my Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Christmas pad...kept things simple and postal friendly. :)

Hope you are having a great week...(I am still trying to recover from the Black Friday sale...I spent $$$ on skincare! Prevention is better than cure when it comes to wrinkles...*LOL*)
