A sparkling personality.
Littlest nephew J has a sparkling personality. :) He's polite [says "thank you" for everything you offer him], is super affectionate ["Can I hold your hand?" Or "Can the kissing monster kiss me?"], is a stickler for neatness [puts back his toys after playing with them] and has the sweetest singing voice. :)
I misted the white background with a Crafter's Workshop template, then used distress inks for the masked stars.
Playing along with the challenges at Bird is the Word and The Studio. I used the sketch at Lily Bee.
Supplies: Lily Bee patterned papers and stickers, SRM stickers, Maya mist, Crafter's Workshop template, Heidi Swapp chipboard and stars (as mask), Ranger Distress Ink, Stickles, buttons, handmade felt blooms, washi tape, buttons, twine, black pen, white pen, ribbon, embellishments.

I have a thing for heels. And so do my nephews. *LOL*
I have a thing for heels. And apparently my nephews do too....they were very excited about trying on my new heels...*LOL*
Oh yes, they had a lot of fun...*winks*
I was inspired by the sketch at Lily Bee, the challenge at The Studio to use chevron and the challenge at ScrapFIT to include dripping and splattering.
Supplies: Lily Bee patterned papers, Maya mists, Studio Calico mists, American Crafts thickers, SRM and 7 Gypsies thickers, Ranger distress inks, brads, thread, white pen, black pen, ribbon, punchinella, corrugated cardstock.
P/s: Come play along with my guest Emily's multi-loop bow challenge! :)

Confessions of a crazy aunt: the hairless solution! *LOL*
Apparently the crazy aunt [aka me!] can't wait for her niece's hair to grow out...Help was clearly needed to make her look more girly [all the pink is not enough *LOL*].
Disclaimer: No child was hurt in the taking of these photos even though adults nearby laughed out very loudly.
A little fun with some twine action [it's an obsession of late..*LOL*]
Some Gauche Alchemy embellishments. I was inspired by the sketch at Lily Bee.
P/s: Don't forget to enter my "You've got mail" giveaway and the Bows and Berries digi giveaway! :)

I adore my littlest nephew J. :)
I adore my littlest nephew J. He's as endearing as he is exasperating...and it doesn't hurt that I'm his fave person...yay! :) Check out the surprise kiss I got when I asked him to pose for the camera! :)
The background was misted with a doiley and I added little bits of Lily Bee patterned paper, ribbon, stickers and buttons. I used the sketch at Lily Bee and the prompt at Bird is the word.
Supplies: Lily Bee patterned papers, Maya Road chipboard, mist and trinket pin, Fancy Pants felt heart, EK Success stickers, SRM stickers, Sam and Lucy stickers, Kaisercraft pearls, American Craft thickers, ribbon, doiley, black pen.

Monday
Hello sunshine! :)
Hello sunshine! :) I had one of those blur-of-a-weekend and hey presto, it's Monday again! Today's layout features my sister in Chile. I used the sketch over at Lily Bee and used loads of eyelets as inspired by this month's challenge at Scrapbookers Anonymous.
Some pull-out tags for the journaling. I used some punchinella for the base. Stickles to add a little sparkle.
Who knew I had some cute eyelets in my stash? I meant to use eyelets along the whole border but got lazy...and poked holes instead..;)

Thinking of you!
I played with Lily Bee papers, some rock candy crackle paint and stickles on this Thinking of you! card...the crackle paint is on the large block of patterned paper while the stickles in on the pleated strip of the paper...check out the glass glitter effect and the subtle cracks! :)
I want to thank my friend Dora for this lovely award! :)
* Edited* This card was featured on the Lily Bee blog - Friday Faves! :) Pin It

Sun fun
Here I was in a two-piece pink swimsuit at a beach in Malaysia. Enjoying a little fun in the sun. :)
Lily bee patterned paper and tulle flowers, some lace, American Crafts vinyl letters, kraft paper, paint (applied with a sponge) and handstitching.
Inspired by Let's get shabby.
