Whenever I go to Australia, I like to bring back a bunch of fresh vegetables for my mum. Like carrots. She gets pretty excited over root vegetables with leaves attached because we can't get these at our local markets. *LOL*
Did she not look happy holding on to a bunch of carrots? *winks*
And I got to try out a roasted carrots recipe I found on the internet. :)
I went with some "homely" papers for my layout.
And lots of stickers. Some washi tape and die-cuts.

Happy week ahead friends!:)

I'm pleasantly surprised you can bring in produce from another country. We can't bring anything into California. Fortunately, pretty much everything grows here. What a shame you can't get carrot greens where you are. We grow our own for the furry member of the family, which helps keeps the grocery bill down. I love this layout!
This is awesome , I really love the way how innovative you get while documenting !!
cheers
What a great page, love how you did the title. Thanks for joining us at Stick it Down.

She does look incredibly happy with her gift of carrots! And I have to say, your roasted carrots look absolutely amazing! They almost have me drooling! :D
Love your layout, with the neutral papers and the big diagonal cut. Adding that washi tape at the seam really adds a fun pop of color. Love your mixed font title and sentiment block, too. <3
