I had such a hard time with the titling on this layout...Then I saw the twinkle in my father's eyes...like they were smiling...hence...Smiling eyes! :)
A really simple layout using the Delovely line by Cosmo Cricket, MS border punch, doiley, glittered chipboard and washi tape. Inspired by the sketch at Sketchy Thursdays.
