U are just keepin' it REAL...OLW challenge
The challenge at One Little Word is the word REAL.
My nephews had a fun time eating chocolate cake the other day...kids can be so messy...I kept them dirty so that I could take these pictures...which just crack me up..:) The older one is obviously the poser...he's into the peace sign these days...while the younger one is still a little camera shy.
The LO was done on a piece of clear acrylic..so you can see through the cutout portion (where the title is). It isn't apparent in the picture because I scanned the LO. I did it on acrylic so that the LO would appear to be a little "lighter" given the number of photos I was fitting in. ..3 large ones and 4 small ones! Sanded the larger photos and matted them. I cropped the smaller photos with a scallop punch to zoom in on the boys' expressions. I added ribbon along the base of the layout to mimic the polka dot pattern on the base paper - lovely Prima paper..
Supplies:
Patterned paper: Prima, My Mind's Eye
Stickers: ProvoCraft, Toga, American Crafts
Chipboard letters: American Crafts, Heidi Swapp
Others: Hampton stamps, ribbon, Versa fine ink (slate grey) Pin It
