Back in June, I challenged myself to play with a palette of watercolours [a mix of Holbein, Schmincke Horadam and Daniel Smith] and some coloured pencils [Faber Castell Polychromos] for my mixed media girls. These are the five mixed media girls I drew and painted.
What do you think? I've tried hard to make them less sad-looking...*LOL*
Happy weekend friends! :)

ReplyDeleteThey are all absolutely amazing and they don't look sad at all!! You did a fabulous job my friend!! Love them!! Have a great weekend!! Big hugs :)

They are beautiful...
ReplyDeleteWell done! It's interesting to see the differences in each girl. But I'm sorry. Have to disagree. They still look whimsically out on the world! Not sad, but certainly contemplative;) !!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThey all look beautiful ....but I like the last one the most...looks so beautiful...kinda vulnerable and as if about to speak !!what size are these Yvonne ??
ReplyDeleteI think several of them look pensive! I loved that one post where you showed us the different layers one of your girls goes through, that is super cool! So when I look at these I can imagine how much work went into them! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
