Got to love it when a layout comes together in 15 minutes. :) I was totally channeling my inner Julie Tucker-Wolek [who spends <30 minutes on each layout] when I did this layout for my cousin. I did cheat though...this is 8x8...I'm more of a  45 - 60 minutes kind of scrapper. *LOL*


Supplies: Webster's Pages patterned papers, Prima flowers, KaiserCraft pearls and rhinestones, ribbon, tulle, buckle.
