Littlest nephew J loves to be surrounded by his toys when he's watching his fave Thomas the train DVD which he's seen like 50 times [at least *LOL*]...he laughs out loud before the funny parts come on...pretty entertaining to watch actually. *LOL*
This Simple Stories Baby Steps line [that I got as part of my October DT kit from Your Scrapbook Stash] was surprisingly easy to use. I tend to shy away from pastels because I love to use strong colours in my creations. Guess what? I actually made 5 layouts, 1 card and 1 altered item on Sunday afternoon. Pretty productive to be done with DT assignments before the end of the month...yay, go me! *LOL*
I was inspired by the sketch at Sketchy Thursdays.
Supplies: Simple Stories Baby Steps patterned paper and stickers, Tim Holtz mask, Maya mists, ribbon, buttons, brown pen.
P/s: I would really love for you to play along with my guest Erin's faux letterpress challenge. It ends on Friday! :)
your nephew is adorable Yvonne.. Really.. I think his pictures perk up your Layouts no end... And yes I guess this is the first time am seeing you use pastels since I became a follower of your blog...My nephew tends to make me watch re-runs of all his Favorite cartoon shows too even though he's seen them so many times that now he remembers all the dialogues by heart.. LOL...
