My littlest nephew. At the playground. Having a blast. Just love the look of pure bliss on his face! :)

I tried my guest Erin's faux letterpress technique with a Sizzix embossing folder...can you spot it? And just added some fun Gauche Alchemy embellishments to finish the layout. I used the sketch at Frosted Designs.

Supplies: Echo Park Papers, Sizzix embossing folder, Gauche Alchemy embellishments, black ink, black pen.


P/s: Thanks for the sweet love you left for me on my post A tribute to my darling boy, Joey (pictured, left). He went peacefully with me holding his paw as he took his last breath. He did want to eat one last piece of his fave doggy chocolate. It's been particularly hard on Joey's brother - Chandler (pictured, right). They spent every single day of 14 years together. He's heartbroken. :(

    oh dang it, i shouldnt have read the pet post. now i am so sad... you must be heartbroken too! I cant imagine losing a pet after one year and 14 yrs is a long time. Much love to you and Chandler.

    Oh my goodness, Yvonne. I am so sorry for the loss of your dear Joey. He looks like a sweetheart. I am sorry for Chandler, too. He must miss him so much.
    and your page is absolutely darling! I love your design and how you used the cool embellies! I haven't seen you much over at stm! I miss you!!!!!!!!!

    Such a fun and eye catching layout, Yvonne! Love the photo arrangement and love the mix of colors with the kraft. Love that gorgeous lace band and I'm so smiling over the little plastic toy figure on here. I'm guessing the letterpress piece is the playing card. Love that!
