It is nice to look back at what I was doing last year for my homecooked meals. Last year the focus was getting a huge variety of veggies/herbs in meals. This year my focus is more on getting more protein in each meal as the old folks are losing muscle mass.
That would be interesting to look back on. My cooking has gone the opposite direction - more veggies and a bit less protein now that our teen is out of the house.
