Current faves on a mixed media canvas...

Sometimes, a girl just needs to put all of her current faves on a mixed media canvas. *winks*


I am currently obsessed with this The Crafter's Workshop stencil which I used here with light modeling paste. And check out the pretty lace trim my bloggy pal Mitra sent me. :)


Also got to use the suede tassel I've been hoarding for a few months too.

    Gosh, that piece turned out SO FINE! Using the stencil with the lace is pure genius. I love the textures and colors. The dove is perfect and makes me smile.

    Love how you're using those bg stencils.....I've been looking at how beautifully you did mine...& the subtle colouring. NICE! And I didn't realise that tassles, apparently, are bang 'on trend'...... smarty pants!

    Wow, wow, WOW! This is gorgeous, Yvonne! I love the feminine style and all the pretty pink, and the texture on here is absolutely jaw-dropping! I LOVE that stenciled background with the modeling paste. LOVE the lace edging, too! SO gorgeous!

    So yesterday I could TELL this was amazing from my phone and I just wandered back by for a REALLY GOOD LOOK via the pc. It's still amazing. You are GOOD at the color I think that is what it is...you make a canvas look magical! Rock star! And that lace...isn't that fun???
