So, over the weekend I had a field day fussy-cutting cute owls and jars for a few upcoming layouts. And whipped up a 5 minute CAS card when I was dealing with the craftermath. *winks*
Actually, sticking down the elements took about 2 minutes. I decided it was TOO simple and added some score lines on the card base. Now it looks more like a 5 year old's craft project than a 3 year old's right? *LOL*
Playing along with CAS(E) this sketch.
I think it looks wonderfully balanced and came together very well using 'extras'. It really is difficult to make simple cards. I always seem to get carried away with the embellishments. LOL!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful & nice :)

ReplyDeleteNah ... I'd make it at least a 7 year olds ... they can handle scissors better than a 5 year old! LOL!!! I loveeeeeeee this! LOVING the owl and the jar!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteCraftermath!! haha, omgosh, I love that, Yvonne! This is adorable! I love how you hung a jar from the branch and love the scattered leaves and candy dots at the bottom, and of course that owl is just the cutest!
