How to: My Valentine mini album with Top dog Dies

Hello there friends! I'm here to share my second project as guest designer at Top Dog Dies

My-Valentine-mini-album

I created a My Valentine mini album using the Heart Mini Album Die and the Heart Mini Album Finishers Set.

1. Start by running your base materials and the Heart Mini Album Die through your die-cutting machine. I used some foil, canvas and cardboard.

2. Run an embossing folder through the die-cut foil for texture and interest.

3. Run the die-cut pieces through the Xyron 5" Creative Station for an even layer of adhesive. Adhere canvas sheet for the back panel.

4. Apply alcohol inks on foil panel.

5. After adhering all the papers, punch two holes through the pieces, then adhere washers and rings.

6. Decorate the cover using patterned papers, bling, key, mica flakes, stickers and the Heart Mini Album Finishers Set [vellum envelope and mini heart].

Top Dog Dies is a new online store that offers their own brand of wafer-thin and steel-rule dies, along with dies from brands you already know and trust, including My Favorite Things, Sizzix, Savvy Stamps and Cheery Lynn Designs. Top Dog Dies is also the leading U.S. retailer for Tattered Lace, a new line of intricate dies designed by U.K. designer Stephanie Weightman.
