Vintage lace tag



I love the look of lace. :) On this tag, I layered some embroidered blooms over the sheer lace. :)


The base of the tag was coloured with a Faber Castell Gelato in metallic gold for a subtle sheen through the lace....


 I added text paper to the pretty charm and applied glossy accents to the surface.

    Very delicate and ethereal - lovely. Was wondering what kind of,adhesive you used so effectively on here? I can see a use for all my odd earrings ...

      The charm has a little dimension at the back, so I propped it up with 3D dots and then adhere with hot glue.

    Hmmmnnn...think I recognise that lace..you've done a FAB job!!!! And I love that metal embellie...goes so beautifully....AND I really like the soft colour palette...bit of a change from your bright pops of colour:):)!!!!!!!!

    Gorgeous! Great use of lace. Is it wrapped around the back, or did you trim it even with the sides? It looks like it might be trimmed, but I'm not sure. I did a tag like this once and tried to wrap the lace around so that it would be two-sided and it was such a challenge lining it up properly!
