I have been enjoying creating my own backgrounds by layering stencils. You can layer them all at one go and then adding your mediums. OR build the layers one at a time. Here are 7 ideas. :)

  4. This is crativeness of a higher level..... Love all the backgrounds, they are all so unique in their own way. My favourite bg here is the last one, love the colours and the dimond shaped mask/stencil you have used. Wish you a happy scrappy weekend :) x

  21. Amazing how much texture you can get from this technique.....really GREAT pages...I am slowly building up my stencil stash, although I love how you can just use cardboard anyways:):) I'd lOVE you to show us the different TYPES of 'stencils' you use...if you do, of course:):)
