Have you noticed that I have photos on all my journal pages this year? I realize that I'm most attracted by pictures of people so including photos has really helped sustain my interest. :)
Plus, I can leave my art journals to someone when I die...["But when will you die?" asked the nephews.] *LOL*

Thank you for all the feedback on the tutorials you would like to see...this year I will be working on some video tutorials...once I find a style I'm comfortable with...should I include my face? My voice? Music? Jokes? So many things to consider...*LOL*

Face? Yes! (At least at the beginning. Then you can turn the camera on the project if that's easier.)
ReplyDeleteVoice? Yes! I always prefer videos where someone is explaining what they're doing or at least introduce the project.
Music? Meh- a good tutorial doesn't need it.

I think including photos makes art journaling way more 'sensical?' To me too! Yay for the videos - go to Juraci Falcucci's blog and watch her video of the altered milk can she put up recently. I liked seeing her face and hearing her voice at first then the rest was to music - very nicely done...
