Texture paste and mist...and punchinella...[I will share a tutorial on texture paste soon.]
I was inspired by the sketch at Get Picky and the challenge at Scrapping the Music.
Supplies: Heidi Swapp mask, Maya mists, Crate Paper chipboard, paper and stickers, Gauche Alchemy punchinella, texture paste, buttons and black pen.

Yes, I totally need a texture paste tutorial! I don't know anything about it. What is the drying time? Do you mist after it's dry? I love this look!
