A hanging mobile! :)



Hanging mobile

Hello friends! :) My cousin is getting married in January and I'm doing the decorations for the reception. Since the place is really small, I thought it would be nice to have little hanging mobiles with the happy couple's photos amidst the fairy lights.


It's a really easy project using an upcycled gift box as a "frame" (choose something light and sturdy). The box is silver and shiny so I didn't need to add to it. Just strung some embellishments from the  Gauche Alchemy's Wedding Night White Mixed Media Color Kit.

I would love for you to come play along with LESSology Challenge #6: Hanging Mobile. As long as it can be hung and moves freely, it is a hanging mobile...*LOL* Remember to use at least one upcycled item on your project! The prize is Nikki Sivils Gingerbread Lane kit! :)

    This is so pretty, Yvonne, and such a great idea for wedding decoration. Using a recycled gift box as the frame is just brilliant. Now the happy couple has a beautiful piece for the reception, as well as a keepsake to treasure forever. :)
