I have a box full of cards ...and nothing to mail out. *LOL*



Graphic 45 card

Hello friends! :) I was just sorting through my box of completed cards and realized how much I've grown as a cardmaker. And how some of my older cards need a redo! *LOL*

I'm re-evaluating my card-making strategy though...a box full of completed cards.... yet when I need one, I almost always can't find a suitable one in my stash to mail out. And end up having to make a new one....so much for being ahead in the game! :)

This card was inspired by the vintage challenge week at 365 cards.

Supplies: Patterned papers by Graphic 45, green trim by Webster's Pages, Ranger Distress Ink,  button, burlap, swirly chipboard, wrinkle ribbon.

    Lovely card! I am also in the same boat as you. A stack of cards lying with me, and when I see my old cards, I feel I can do something more with them :)

    This is gorgeous! I too have so many cards stuffed in a draw and whenever I want to send something out, nothing seems right!
    I thought the layered challenge was for LO's only?

    It is really funny how our styles change and evolve in short periods of time... I just sent a huge envelop of cards away to my mom to use that I hadn't!

    love the card especially that chipboard flourish. Only one box of cards? I have five of those photo boxes full of them. I usually give them away as Christmas gifts to my 3 sisters and 4 sister-in-laws.

    Cool card. Would love to know some of your process on how you will re=evaluate your card making process. What goes behind that such creative head of yours? I also have too many cards on hand. Think I need to slow down or something.

    What a beaut! The burlap/ kraft look amazing! I know what you mean about the cards - sometimes I use or write a sentiment that's truly unique. So it's harder to use!

    Lol, we have the same the 'problem'! I do have a box full of cards but none were good enough to mail out. Funny right? Love, love the use of burlap on this card! I wonder where I can get burlap here.
