Is blackmailing in my future? *winks*

Look here

I find myself saying "Look here!" a lot as the official memory keeper. We all know photo-taking is such hard work. Someone blinks. Someone looks away from the camera. The lighting conditions are less than perfect et cetera. It can be frustrating! But on the bright side, I have in my possession, lots of future blackmail photos [insert evil laugh] ...hehe..naked bath photos of my nephews...*LOL*

Here is my mother, holding my niece, S and argh...not looking at the camera....yes yes yes, it's the same day I took the candid shot of my dad with my nephew and niece [which you all had a good laugh over *winks*]

I love it when I can use minimal supplies to create a layout (aka my guest Lynnda's minimal challenge). I used the sketch from PageMaps

Supplies from Your Scrapbook Stash: Crate Paper stickers, papers and chipboard, white pen, Maya mist (silver), wrinkle ribbon, trim, lace, baker's twine, white pen.

P/s: A couple of days more to get your entries in for my guest Angi's gifting challenge! :)

  3. Hi there, Yvonne! What a cute page this is. I really like how you've used these photos.....even if they are not the best in the world, they do tell a nice story. You've got such great balance, too, in your design. Your eye just gets pulled across the page with your placement of elements. Love the papers and the mix of colors. I would not have thought to add purple to this mix, and that's probably what I love about this most....a great touch of the unexpected. :)

  18. Ha! The worst part is once Toot looks at the camera, the adults look away. Grrr...lol I finally started telling them, "You look at the camera no matter what, just freeze and I'll handle Toot." lol

  25. I know what you mean! I, too, am the picture-taker in my family & it's hard to always get the perfect shot. I'm glad you're making use of the pics you have - sometimes the candids make great lay-outs! Cute page!
