Documenting the "sunshiny" bits of life...

Ray of sunshine

Recent events have made me glad that I am a memory keeper. Documenting the "sunshiny" bits of life. My layouts are a reflection of the happy moments in life because I choose to remember the good. Rather than focus on the not-so-happy bits.  Just like in this layout.

I had an almost perfect day with my littlest nephew J. He was so sweet and affectionate all day save for the crying fit he threw at the playground...*LOL*...that part was covered in the journaling too...he has to know that he wasn't a perfect angel. *winks*

A really quick layout. I upcycled a wooden sugar stirrer! :)

Inspired by the challenge at Bird is the word and the sketch at Show us your stuff.

Patterned papers: Jillibean Soup. SRM stickers. Buttons. Chipboard letters: American Crafts. Pom pom trim. Paper blooms. Transparency.

How about a sneak of another project for next week?

Will you join me next week? A week-long of upcycled projects! :)

P/s:  I would love for you to play along with my guest Elizaveta's vintage-inspired challenge!
