My Core'dinations Creative Frenzy



Last Friday I spied some Core'dinations cardstock at my LSS and thought I should try out for the design team. :)

Fine day

My parents on their wedding day.
I love the look of embossed and sanded cardstock in place of patterned paper!
I distressed the edges a little. Added some ink on the cream cardstock to further define the embossed pattern. Then I added crackle paint in rock candy for a lovely crackle finish. Some stitching to give a more polished look (and keep the paper flat!).
Loads of pretty blooms, trims, tulle, ribbon and button.
Patterned paper is from GCD Studios.

My sister and I. At Univeral Studios. We were pretty excited about trying out the Battlestar Galactica duelling rollercoasters...we only took 14 rides....*LOL*

Fun with some Bo Bunny papers and SRM stickers! :)

A little fussy cutting. Some handstiching. Baker's twine. Ribbon. Stickers.
The photos on the bottom were printed on transparency.

Next up is a little 6X6 acrylic display. With My Mind's Eye patterned papers.

Can you tell that I only had three pieces of Core'dinations cardstock to work with? *winks*

    gorgeous Yvonne, the layouts and the card.
    Love the first one...nice embellishments and red paper, the two pages spread are just gorgeous and the card is beauuuutiful.

    Love these! Your wedding LO is totally one to treasure and the text embossing on the other LO and card really caught my eye.... is that an embossing folder or ready-embossed paper?

    Wow, these are awesome! The layout of your parents is gorgeous! Love what you did with the core paper, the lace doilie, and the flowers! Such a bright rich layout! The dueling coasters layout is so fun! And the card so pretty! Love the colors and what you did with the flowers!

    The parents wedding page is absolutely gorgeous! The universal page is fun too, where is that Universal studios? We dont have that ride here at the one in Florida!
