My guest today is the awesome Julie Tucker-Wolek! :) She's the most efficient creative person I know...she churns out layouts like a production line! Complete with beautiful details! :) She started card-making just last month and already made more cards in the short time period than I've made this entire year! And she still has time to leave the loveliest comments on blogs she visits! How does this woman do it all? Ahh...she shares her little secret with us today...and there's also a challenge with an amazing prize!!! [trust me, you would want to play along!]
But first, let's have a look at her repertoire of work....
____________________________________________________________________________
Hi all!!! My name is Julie Tucker-Wolek and around the crafty world...I am known for my SMILEYS! I leave them EVERYWHERE!! (Even on my checks I mail out for my mortgage!!! LOL!) I am HONORED to be guest blogging for Yvonne! She is AMAZING! I am beyond LUCKY to work with her on Scrapping the Music, and I am inspired by her daily! Thanks Yvonne for having me! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
I have been scrapping for about 14 years, and have gotten really "serious" (if you want to call it that! LOL! I think its all about FUN!) about scrapping about 4 years ago! :):):):):):):):) I have been blessed to work on several design teams, and I even run my own challenge blog, "These are a Few of My Favorite Things" which is all about scrapping about our FAVE THINGS! :):):):):):):):):):):):):)
People always ask me how I can get soooooooo much done! :):):):):) Well... besides from having a VERY supportive husband that LOVES that I create... I also scrap fast. I don't usually take longer than 30 minutes to create a lo or card! I think taking the photos of my projects and editing those photos actually takes longer than the creating part for me! LOL! I can create that fast, because I seriously don't "think" about what I am doing... I just let it lay where it lays! :):):):):):):):):):):):):) Really, I am making these pages for future generations to enjoy... so do they have to be perfect? NO! Is my son or daughter going to say 30 years from now, "Yeahhhhhhhh Mom, this is a great page and all... but wouldn't that embellie have been better over there?"...NO! They aren't going to say that...they are just going to care that I made it FOR THEM! :):):):):):):):):) Soooooooo next time you are creating, keep that in mind, don't over think your page, just let it lay where it lays... you will be pleasantly surprised with the results, once you take the pressure off yourself!:):):):):):):):):):): ):):)
I have created some cards to share with you today... and a challenge to go along with it!! All these cards have OLD and NEW goodies on them!!!
That is MY CHALLENGE to you... make a LO, card, whatever you want USING OLD AND NEW GOODIES and give me a link here on Yvonne's post... and MY WINNER (chosen by Random.org to be fair to everyone... ) will win A GUEST DESIGN SPOT on "These are a Few of My Favorite Things" for the month of February 2011!! WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!! Can't wait to see what you create!! And a BIG THANKS again to Yvonne for having me! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) :):)

YOU ROCK Yvonne!! Thanks my love for having me!!!! And girlllllllllll... I got your hint...and no worries...you are on my list! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
