Everyday things

Hi there! Today I'm sharing a simple tin box that I decorated...a box to store Everyday Things..:) Actually, this is my "spare" project...because I didn't have my usual crafting day on Sunday...:( ...I have about 10 never-seen-before projects that I hold on to in case of "emergencies" like when I have to go somewhere on Sundays..*LOL*.....DO YOU? ;)

A little misting on white cardstock, the edges were inked with Distress Ink in Worn Lipstick...I did a little subtle stamping on the edges and on the foam flag too. Some washi tape on silver mesh ribbon, pink ribbon, crochet doiley, paper flower, handmade felt flowers and Heidi Grace pin.

P/s: Some Odd Girl is having a Monkee Contest! :)

Help name this little monkee and you could win the FULL set of monkees, a $40 certificate to any CSN store and an 8 piece Copic Ciao Set! :) Contest ends on October 17. Read all the details here! :)

  4. Gees, what a great project to "save" for us. No, I do not set things aside, hence no posts lately :>) Just means that my weekend was super busy - I am still recovering! Actually I do have a few things that I have never shared, but that would require me to actually post 'em!

  6. Love the felt flowers. I really need to try to make those.

The monkeys are so cute. I would probably name them Mickey because of my obsession with Mickey Dolenz of the Monkee's when I was in High School. (a very long time ago) lol
