Once upon a time


Patterned paper: Prima (base) & Sassafras, Felt: Queen & Co, Chipboard: K & Co, Stickers: 7 Gypsies, Brads: Basic Grey, Rub-on: Delish, Others: lace: butterfly bling, thread, white pen, buttons, 3D dots, butterfly fabric, transparency, stickles.

Once upon a time, I was my mummy's little girl. She dressed me up in pretty little dresses which she sewed herself and tied up my hair with pretty bows. I was a lucky little girl.

I picked up this butterfly print fabric recently...love the colours on it and also bought some baby blue tulle...fun stuff...adds a little see-through texture (thanks for the inspiration Maggi!)...I added a little at the top and some around the fabric (not the easiest thing to photograph...and I was losing daylight..lol...so use your imagination). Cutting the butterflies from the fabric was not easy since my Singer fabric scissors are so heavy but I love how they look..Lots of stitching..

    What a darling picture and the sentiment of this layout is marvelous! Isn't tulle so fun? I love using it even though its not the easiest thing to attach or form sometimes. lol This layout is gorgeous! Congrats on making the Sass blog!
