Make Stuff Monday - another week, another decorated Fresh box

Well, we had some fun with all the matchy matchy decorated boxes and paper bags, let's get to my roots...and do a mish mash decorated Fresh box.*winks*

Really wanted to use this embossed cardstock and random bits from recent happy mail...

Patterns and colours galore!

Love it when random. bits and bobs come together on a project...

Sad news though...the girl is officially out of gold mist *dramatic music plays in the background* but she still has pearl mist for now so we are good. *LOL*

Meet my new ceramic cup

Meet my new ceramic cup - a gift from the Penang bestie. :) Perfect for my matcha latte. Much prettier than the free ceramic mug from Magnolia milk *winks*.

Do you have a fave cup/mug for your beverage of choice?

Workspace Wednesday - recent eye drawings from the sketchbook

It's been a while since I've shared my eye drawings. Life has been busy so I haven't done them on a daily basis but still got some done (with 3 pages left in my sketchbook...go me!).

Hope your week has been going well friends!

A page from the gratitude journal - crab pasta

This week's page from the gratitude journal is all about the crab pasta that I love from 4Ps Pizza in Vietnam. The creamy sauce is made with ricotta cheese...and you can order a half portion (for half the price) so that you can save space in your stomach for their amazing 5 Cheese pizza. *winks*

What about you? What is your fave pasta?

Another girls' day out with mum

Mum wanted to check out a 1-for-1 offer for a clothing store she liked so we went out to town.

The moment we reached Orchard Road, she was starving and had to eat immediately. If you check out the photo really carefully, you can see that she already ate a piece of the chicken before the photo was taken *LOL*.

Lots of bits and bobs from recent happy mail...

Yes, even outlined with a white pen! Go me! *winks*

Hope you are having a great Thursday friends! :)

Workspace Wednesday - decorated paper bag for a sweet friend

Met up with a sweet dear friend today and prettied this Fresh bag so that I can gift her some goodies. :)

Kept the elements relatively "flattish" for easy transport and storage...

The usual mist mash of materials...

Fun mix of elements...

And here is the friend who was the recipient of said bag (she didn't want her face in the photo..*LOL*).

Tuesday's page from the gratitude journal- H&M homeware

This week's page from the gratitude journal features my H&M homeware haul - I bought 2 wood trays and 2 aprons. The oval one now is a dedicated tray holding my Nespresso machine (I used it as a coloured pencil tray for a while) while the round one sits on my desk as a holder for random stuff. As for the aprons, I am not using any at the moment because it's been too hot. I have to cook in the kitchen with a neck fan (a little comical if you can picture it) so no additional "clothing" to add to the heat. *LOL*

P/s: What is your weather like?

Make Stuff Monday - a small decorated Fresh box

This week's Make Stuff Monday features a small decorated Fresh box...this one is 6x6.:)

Which means I can fit a 6x6 sheet of patterned paper on it with no need for trimming! Love it when a project comes together quickly. *winks*

I added some textural and fussy-cut elements for interest...and finished off with gold mist and some glitter too.

And it's off to its new home..holding a pressie for the recipient. Any guesses as to what may be in it?

Happy week ahead friends!

A double-pager CNY spread

Almost forgot about this double-page CNY spread.... (apologies for the photo...the weather has been rainy and gloomy and dark).

Big thanks to my cousin's husband Tim for the photos. I was busy in the kitchen so he sent me the pictures he took so I could get them scrapbooked. :)

As always, the kids (nephews and niece) stole the show with their cute faces and smiles.

Very happy to have incorporated my CNY decor in my layout. :)

Happy weekend friends!
