Miss you Chandler boy....:(

Hello friends. I know I've been a little quiet in blogland.
2 red-eye flights in 5 days.
Very little sleep.
A lot of crying.
My dog Chandler died last Tuesday when I was in Melbourne. And I didn't get to say goodbye in person. Coming back home and not seeing him at his usual spot really hit hard. I will never be able to take him out on his morning walk, have him sit by me when I do my laundry or cradle him in my arms like a baby. I miss him. 



He was always a happy dog and I was glad to have had his unconditional love for the last 15 years.

    First things first... Beautiful card.. Love the stamp.. Losing a pet is tough.. I lost mine some 10 years back and it hit me so hard that I decided not to have another one simply because I could not have gone through the pain of losing my pet again.. They are like such a huge part of our lives that life without them seems incomplete... But he is happy wherever he is and that is the most important thing!

    Oh, Yvonne. My heart aches for you. I know what it is to lose a beloved pet (also passing at 15 years). It hurts so much. The furry ones come into our lives and make such a comfy spot in our homes and our hearts. When they leave, there is such a void. I am so very, very sorry to hear about Chandler. I'm sure he is waiting for you at Rainbow Ridge, ready to play with you again. :( Big hugs.

    and sorry to hear about chandler:(.. I can understand how bad u might be feeling.. when I lost my pet after 17 loving years I decided on never having a pet again.. I couldn't imagine sharing the same love n friendship I had with him with any other pet.:(

    Aaaw I am so sorry to hear that Yvonne :( How sad! My kitty died when we were on holiday too so I know how terrible it feels not to have known that last cuddle would be the last. So sorry for your loss. I love this sweet card with the stunning colours!
