Celebrate with the girls...and a happy box (giveaway! )

Celebrate with the girls
The new challenge at Some Odd Girl is up! This time it's a sketch challenge! :) Here's my card ...Celebrate with the girls featuring Balloon Kaylee. Come play along! :)

I also want to announce the winner of my guest blogger Sparkle's challenge. Congratulations to..

Margo!

And now for my happy box (giveaway!)

So what's in the box? :)

6x6 Prima Annalee Paper Stack (48 sheets)
Paper Craft Journal (1)
American Crafts elements ribbon  (3 rolls)
Craft Affair glitter brads (2 packs)
Pebbles printed diecuts (1 pack)
Prima clear stamps (2 packs)
Basic Grey Opaline pearls (1 pack)
Maya Road scallop album (1)
7Gypsies texture rubbings (1 sheet)
Doodlebug cardstock stickers (2 sheets)
Pink Paislee Glitter Stix in silver (1)

All housed in this upcycled tin box which I spent hours on! It's really sparkly!:) Do you like it?

Happy box

The box was first spray-painted with Krylon's Make It Suede. The base paper from Prima (from the same set I'm giving away) was painted with crackle paint in rock candy for subtle cracks and then the edges were inked with distress inks. Then I added some paper flowers, handmade felt flowers, crochet doiley and bits from Gauche Alchemy's Pink Parts Mixed Media Kit. The 'happy' text is from Teresa Collins patterned paper...just inked and glittered with stickles in rock candy. Heart pins from Heidi Grace and tulle.

hey thats the best recycled project that I,ve come across. And as I,ve always said that you are a magician with colours. I want to go on looking all that you make. To tell you the truth your work is like a Tiramisu dessert. All the colours are an instant PICK-ME UP. love you lots and keep posting beautiful work.
P.S-- All your tutorials are really good.

All that I said was about you now about me-- I ,m crazy crafter. No jewels or clothes fascinate me more than a clear stamp or a cuttlebug. All DP s are my treasures and so I,m always loaded with scraps of paper and if I see something I learn it and do not rest till I make it. So i,m that crazy!

Beauuuutiful box and what a wonderful giveaway.

I will answer your question! I am from 'Nelson' NZ, which is close to the top of the South Island. It's great- beautiful beaches, not too big or small, quite arty..... Hope you come one day. You'll have to do a farm stay when you come. LOL. (It's about 5 hours drive from Christchurch)

Wow! so pretty box! I have already decided what can I keep inside;)lol

I love nature and it's colors. and so I use organic stuff as much as I can, I avoid using plastic bags and finish my cooking & cleaning before it gets dark to save power!
